Press the nuts to the slots on both sides of the idle.
Insert both bearings into the pulley,bear in mind that the bearings can slide during assembly.(Layers may be visible on this printed piece due to geometry,functionality and strength are not affected).
Make sure both bearings are inside the pulley.
Insert the pulley at idle as shown in the picture.
Slides the shaft through the roller and the pulley.Use reasonable force or you will break the printed piece.
Place your finger on the bearing and make sure it can rotate freely.
